Education Qualification :
(i) Asst General Manager (Economist) : Candidate must possess Post graduate Degree in Economics with minimum 60% with specialization in monetary / financial Economics or Econometrics.
(ii) Asst General Manager (Statistician) : Candidate must possess Post graduate Degree in Statistics / Applied Statistics/ Econometric with minimum 60% marks.
(iii) Asst. General Manager (Company Secretary) : Candidate should be a Qualified Company Secretary (ACS).Law degree is desirable. Candidate must be a member of Institute of Company Secretariesof India (ICSI).
(iv) Manager (law) : Candidate must hold a Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB).
(v) Manager (Security Officer) : Candidate must be an Officer with 05 years commissioned service in the Army/ Navy/ Air Force or a Police Officer not below the rank of ASP/DSP with 05 years of service or Officers of identical rank in Para Military Forces with 05 years service.
(vi) Manager (Chartered Accountants) : Candidate must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant.
(vii) Assistant Manager (Technical-Civil) : Candidate must hold B.Tech /B.E. Degree in Civil with minimum 50% aggregate marks
(viii) Assistant Manager (Technical Electrical) : Candidate must hold B.Tech /B.E. Degree in Electrical with minimum 50% aggregate marks
(ix) Dy. General Manager (Law) : Graduate with a degree in Law or a Law Graduate who has passed 05 years integrated Law course from a recognized University in India.

Probation Period : The selected candidates will be on probation for a period of 1 year for Asst General Manager & Manager Posts and 2 years for Technical Officer posts.
Selection Process : Selection process will consist of Online test and GD/interview.Online Test will be conducted at Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Mumbai.
Application Fee : Application Fee charges are Rs.600 for General/OBC candidates and Rs.50 for SC/ST/ PWD candidates.Fee can be pay online during submission of online application by using only Master/ Visa Debit or Credit cards or Internet Banking.An e-Receipt will be generated after successful transaction.
