Sports Authority of India (SAI), New Delhi has released an employment notification at http://www.sportsauthorityofindia.nic.in for recruitment to Research Fellows (Category ‘A’ and Category ‘B’) for 89 vacancies  in research projects of SAI initially for a period of two years and may be extendable for one year on the progress of Research work or performance of the candidate.Last Date for submission of application is 21st December 2015.

Stipend : Candidates will be given stipend of  Rs 25,000/- plus 30 % HRA in 1st Year and 2nd Year

Age Limit : Upper age limit for Research Fellow post is 28 years as on 31st October 2015 which is Relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC as per government rules

Education Qualification:-

(i) Anthropometry : Candidate must hold Post Graduate degree in Human Biology or Physical Anthropology with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.

(ii) Biochemistry : Candidate must Post Graduate degree in Biochemistry with minimum 60% marks or
equivalent grade

(iii) Biomechanics : Candidate must Post Graduate degree in Biophysics/Biomechanics with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade

(iv) GTMT :  Candidate must Post Graduate degree in M.P.Ed with minimum 60% marks or equivalent
grade

(v) Nutrition : Candidate must Post Graduate degree in Sports Nutrition or Food & Nutrition or Nutrition & Dietetics with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade

(vi) Psychology : Candidate must Post Graduate degree in Clinical Psychology or Applied Psychology with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade

(vii) Physiology :  Candidate must Post Graduate degree in Human Physiology or Exercise Physiology with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade

Selection Procedure : Shortlisted candidates through merit list based on marks obtained from Class X to Post Graduate, will be called for interview.Date and Place of interview will be uploaded on SAI website

How to Apply : Applicants must send dully filled in application form as pet prescribed format which is
available on SAI website www.sportsauthorityofindia.nic.in along with self-attested photocopies of testimonials,certificates (One Self attested recent photograph, Date of Birth / X Class certificate, Degree cerificate, Caste Certificate) to Director (Personnel & Coaching), Sports Authority of India, Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium Complex (East Gate), Gate No.10, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003 by means of Speed Post/Registered/ordinary post on or before 21st December 2015 by 5.00 PM.
