SSC Recruitment Notification 2016 - SI in CAPFs, Delhi Police and ASI

Staff Selection Commission (SSC),Government of India has released an employment notification at http://ssc.nic.in for CISF Examination 2016 for Recruitment of Sub Inspector (Executive) in Delhi Police, Sub-Inspector in CAPFs (Central Armed Police Forces) and Assistant Sub-Inspector in CISF.Examination will scheduled to be held on 20-3-2016 (Paper-I) & 05-06-2016 (Paper-II).


Eligible candidates may apply online from 9th January 2016 to 2nd February 2016 till 5.00 pm for Part-I registration and up to 5th February 2016 till 5.00 pm for Part-II registration. Candidates selected for posts of SI in CAPFs and ASI in CISF are liable to serve anywhere in India

Scale of Pay:

• Sub Inspector in CAPFs : PB-2 Rs 9300-34800 plus Grade Pay Rs 4200
• Sub Inspector in Delhi Police : PB-2 Rs 9300-34800 plus Grade Pay Rs 4200
• ASI in CISF : PB-2 Rs.5200-20200 plus Grade Pay Rs 2,800/-

Age Limit : Minimum 20 years and 25 Years as on 1st January 2016. Age Relaxation will be applicable for Reserved Categories & Central Government Civilian Employees as per extant Government order

Education Qualification : Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from recognized university or Institute.Male candidates for the post of Sub Inspector in Delhi Police must hold a valid Driving License for LMV(Motor cycle and Car) as on the date fixed for Physical Endurance and Standard Tests

Selection Process : Selection will be made through Written Examination (Objective Multiple Choice Type) in two phases, Physical Endurance Test, Medical Examination and Interview/personality test.Candidates should bring 3 passport size photographs for affixing it in the Commission’s copy of Admission Certificate in the presence of Invigilator at Written Examination.

Application Fee : Application fee charges are Rs.100/- which should be pay through "Central Recruitment Fee Stamps(CRFS)" or SBI Challan or Online payment through State Bank of India. No fee charges for SC / ST / Ex-Serviceman and all category Women Candidates.

How to Apply : Candidates meeting eligibility criteria may apply online or offline through Official SSC Online Portal www.ssconline.nic.in or http://ssconline2.gov.in from 9th January 2016 to 2nd February 2016 till 5.00 pm for Part-I registration and up to 5th February 2016 till 5.00 pm for Part-II registration.
