Odisha Police Recruitment 2016 - 1370 Constables Posts Application Form

State Selection Board,Odisha Police Cuttack has released an employment notification for recruitment of Constables in Odisha Industrial Security Force (OISF) to fill 1370 vacancies.Applications can be submit on prescribed form till 4th January 2016.

• SEBC: 154 Posts (Men-131,Women-23)
• SC: 223 Posts (Men-189,Women-34)
• ST: 308 Posts (Men-262,Women-46)

Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 23 years as on 01.01.2015.Upper age is relaxable up to 5 years in case of SC & ST & Women candidates as per Govt. Rules.

Education Qualification : Candidate must have passed in High School Certificate Examination or equivalent examination conducted by the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha or by any other recognised Board and must have knowledge of Odia language.A candidate should registered his / her name in any one of the Employment Exchange of the State before the publication of advertisement for recruitment of Constables in OISF

Selection Procedure : Selection process will consist of Physical Measurement/Physical Efficiency Test/Written Examination and Medical Examination.

Examination Fee: Candidates (other than SC/ST candidates) have to Pay Rs.150/- (Rupees One hundred Fifty) only towards examination fee through Bank Draft / Postal Order payable to the concerned Supdt. of Police of the District.No fee charges for S.C. / S.T. candidates.Also all candidates have to pay Rs.35/- (thirty five) only in shape of Bank Draft / Postal Order towards cost of application forms in the concerned District.

How to Apply : Candidates may apply on prescribed format available on website of Odisha Police www.odishapolice.gov.in or Odisha Govt. portal www.odisha.gov.in and send along with Bank Draft / Postal Order and photo copies of self attested certificates to the concerned Supdt. of Police of the concerned District by Post or by hand.The last date for submission of application is 4th January 2016.
