Govt of India, Ministry of Defence, Central Ordnance Depot, Jabalpur has released an employment notification for recruitment to 89 posts of Lower Division Clerk, Fire Man, Upholster, Mazdoor, Cook, Tailor, MTS (Messenger), Turner and Store Superintendent.Last Date for submission of Application is 11th December 2015.

• Cook- Rs.5200-20200 with Grade pay Rs.1900
• Tailor- Rs.5200-20200 with Grade pay Rs.1900
• MTS (Messenger)- Rs.5200-20200 with Grade pay Rs.1800
• Turner- Rs.5200-20200 with Grade pay Rs.1900

Age Limit : 18 to 25 years for UR, 18 to 28 years for OBC, 18 to 30 years for SC/ST, 18 to 35 years for PH candidates as on 11th December 2015.

Education Qualification : 

(i) Lower Division Clerk (LDC)-  Candidates must have completed Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent exam from recognised board/ University. Candidates should have typing speed of minimum 35 words per minute in English on Computer or 30 words per minute in Hindi on Computer.

(ii) Store Superintendent- Candidates must possess Graduation in any discipline from recognized university or Diploma in Material Management or Diploma in Engineering in any discipline from recognised institution.

(iii) Turner, Upholster- Candidates must have passed matriculation or equivalent examination and ITI Certificate in relevant Trade or three year training or experience of work in a government Workshop or a private firm of repute.

(iv) Other Posts : Candidate must have completed Matriculation or equivalent examination from recognised board

Selection Process : Selection process will consist of written test (Objective type) and Interview.
