Indian Navy Recruitment Notification 2016 - Sailors for Artificer Apprentice (AA) 140 Batch

Indian Navy invites application from Unmarried Male Indian Citizens and subjects of Nepal and Bhutan for Enrolment as Sailors For Artificer Apprentice (AA)- 140 Batch.Course will commence in August 2016.Online applications may be submit from 14th December 2015 to 27th December 2015.

Name of Post : Sailors For Artificer Apprentice (AA)- 140 Batch

Scale of Pay :  Rs 5200-20200 with Grade Pay Rs.2000 plus MSP @ Rs 2000/- plus 'X' Group Pay @ Rs 1400/- plus DA.

Age Limit : Candidates should have been born between 01 Aug 1996 to 31 Jul 1999 (Both dates inclusive).

Education Qualification: Candidate must have passed 10+2/ equivalent examination (Maths & Physics) with 60% or more marks in aggregate with at least one of these subjects; Chemistry/Biology/Computer science.

Selection Process : Selection process will consist of Written Test, Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and Medical Examination.

Training : The training for the course will commence in Aug 2016, with 09 weeks Basic Training at INS Chilka followed by Professional training in the allotted trade in various Naval Training Establishments. Branch / Trade will be allocated as per the requirement of Service.

How to Apply : Candidate can fill application form online at website www.joinindiannavy.gov.in through link “Apply online Sailors Entry” from 14th December 2015 to 27th December 2015.After submission of application, candidate must take two printout copies of online application form and send one copy duly signed, along with attested copies of matriculation certificate, 10+2 marksheet, domicile, NCC Certificate to POST BOX NO 476, GOL DAK KHANA, GPO, NEW DELHI - 110001 on or before 3rd January 2016.
