Age Limit as on 01.10.2015 :

• Chief Manager (Risk Management) - Minimum 25 years & maximum 40 years
• Senior Manager (Risk Management) - Minimum 25 years & maximum 35 years
• Manager (IT) - Minimum 23 years & maximum 35 years
• Manager (Forex) - Minimum 23 years & maximum 35 years
• Manager (Debt/Equity) - Minimum 23 years & maximum 35 years

Education Qualification : 

(i) Chief Manager (Risk Management) - Graduation in Mathematics/ Statistics/ Economics or Engineering with aggregate 60% marks or equivalent in CGPA and Post Graduate Degree in Mathematics/ Statistics/ Economics or MBA in Finance/Banking/Risk Management or PG Diploma in Finance/Banking/Risk Management or CA/ICWA/CFA.

(ii) Senior Manager (Risk Management) - Graduation in Mathematics/ Statistics/ Economics or Engineering with aggregate 60% marks or equivalent in CGPA and Post Graduate Degree in Mathematics/ Statistics/ Economics or MBA in Finance/Banking/Risk Management or PG Diploma in Finance/Banking/Risk Management or CA/ICWA/CFA.

(iii) Manager (IT) - Candidate must hold Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication Engineering or Post Graduation in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Electronics & Telecommunications/
Electronics & Communication.

(iv) Manager (Forex) - Candidate must completed Graduation/ Post Graduation in Commerce/ Mathematics/ Economics background.

(v) Manager (Debt/Equity) - Candidate must completed Graduation/ Post Graduation in Commerce/ Mathematics/ Economics background.

Selection Procedure : Selection process will consist of Group Discussion (GD) and / or Personal Interview.Candidate must submit the self attested photocopies of all the certificates in support of their educational qualification, experience, date of birth and caste at Group Discussion/ Interview.

Probation Period : Probation period will be for a period of 12 years from the date of joining.
