Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) Panchkula has issued notification at http://www.hssc.gov.in for recruitment to the 902 posts of Steno-Typist,Stenographer, Foresters,Draftsman, Mining Inspector, Wild Life Guard and Deputy Ranger.Applicants may apply online from 23rd Februrary 2016 to 22nd March 2016.

Education Qualification

1.Steno Typist : (i) 10+2/10+2 with 1st Division/Graduation or its equivalent from a recognized board/university. (ii) English shorthand at a speed of 80 words per minute and transcription at a speed of 15 words per minute and mistakes should not exceed 8% or Hindi Shorthand at a speed of 64 words per minute and transcription at a speed of 11 words per minute and mistakes should not exceed 8%. (iii) Candidate have studied Hindi/ Sanskrit up to Matric Standard or higher qualification.


2.Junior Scale Stenographer :  (i) 10+2/10+2 with 1st Division,/Graduation or its equivalent from a recognized board/university. ii.English shorthand at a speed of 100 words per minute and transcription at a speed of 20 words per minute and mistakes should not exceed 8%. (ii) Candidate have studied Hindi/ Sanskrit up to Matric Standard or higher qualification.


3.Senior Scale Stenographer : (i) 10+2/10+2 1st Division/Graduation or its equivalent from a recognized board/university. (ii) English shorthand at a speed of 100 words per minute and transcription at a speed of 20 words p'er minute and mistakes should not exceed 4%. and Hindi Shorthand at a speed of 80 words per minute and transcription at a speed of 15 words per minute and mistakes should not exceed 4% (iii) Candidate have studied Hindi/ Sanskrit up to Matric Standard or higher qualification.

4.Wild Life Guard : Candidate must have passed Matriculation/ Higher Secondary or its equivalent/10+2 (Vocational).Candidate have studied Hindi/ Sanskrit up to Matric Standard or higher qualification.

5.Draftsman : Candidate must hold Diploma in Architecture Assistant-ship or National Trade Certificate for Draftsman (Civil) from Industrial Training Institute or from a recognized Institute.

6.Deputy Ranger: (i) Intermediate science or 10+2 or its equivalent with any of three subjects of Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Zoology, Botony, Geology, Agriculture, Forestry,form a recognized Board or University or equivalent. OR Diploma in Civil/ Environmental Engineering/ Environmental Science form form a recognized Board, University or equivalent. b) Candidate have studied Hindi/ Sanskrit up to Matric Standard or higher qualification.

7.Foresters: Intermediate in Arts/science or 10+2 in Science Group /Art / Commerce of its equivalent from a recognized University, Board provided he has passed matriculation or its equivalent examination with science/ General science as one of the Subjects.

8.Mining Inspector: B.Sc. with Geology or Diploma in Mining from a recognized institute.

9.Restorer: Matriculation from recognized University or its equivalent

How to Apply : Eligible candidates can apply online through HSSC website www.hssc.gov.in from 23rd Februrary 2016 to 22nd March 2016.After online application submission,candidate must take print out of application form and e-challan.The hard copy of application form along with all required documents must be brought at the time of verification/scrutiny-cum-interview.
