Chandigarh Administration,Chandigarh Transport Undertaking (CTU) has
released a notification for recruitment to 114 posts of Heavy Bus
Drivers on regular basis.Applications are invited from Indian Nationals
from 9th November 2015 to 30th November 2015.

Pay Scale : During the probation period,candidates will be given Monthly emoluments under Pay Band Rs. 5910-20200.After successful completion of the probation period, the directly recruited bus driver will be given salary under pay scale of Rs. 5910-20200 and Grade Pay Rs. 2400/- .
Age Limit : Minimum 25 years & maximum 35 years as on 1st January 2015.Upper Age relaxation will be 5 years for SC and 3 years for OBC and for Ex-serviceman as per rules
Qualification & Experience : Candidate must be Matriculation passed and must hold a valid licence to drive heavy transport vehicle.Candidate also have minimum five years experience to drive heavy transport vehicles.
Selection Process : All candidates will be called for Written test (objective type multiple choices).Then only qualified candidates in written test will be called for following Driving Skill test.
Application Fee : Application Processing fee charges (non-refundable) are Rs. 800 for General/OBC and Rs. 400 for SC/Ex-Servicemen candidates.Fee must be deposited in any branch of Punjab National Bank (PNB) through challan which will be generated by system while filling online application.Last date for depositing fee is 3rd December 2015.
How to Apply : Candidates meeting eligibility criteria may submit online application at www.chdctu.gov.in from 9th November 2015 to 30th November 2015 till midnight.After submission of online application,candidate may take a printout of application form and retain one copy of print out application form for future references
