2. Junior Research Fellow: 01 Post
3. Ph.D (part Time): 02 Posts
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Ph.D programme in Engineering Departments in any one of the M.E./ M.Tech/ M.S. in Electronics/ Communications/ Computer Science/ Microelectronics/ Solid-state Technology/ MEMS/ Nano Science/ Nano Technology or equivalent in an appropriate area and B.E/ B.Tech with GATE qualification for Post No. 01 & 03 and M. Tech in Control System Engineering and B. Tech in Electrical Engineering for Post No. 02 with a minimum CGPA of 6.5 on a 10 point scale or 60% of marks.
Selection Process: Short listed Candidates will be called for written admission test/ viva voce.
Application Fee: Candidates should possess Rs. 500/- (Rs. 300/- for SC/ ST/ PH) by demand draft drawn in favour of the Director, National Institute of Technology, Arunachal Pradesh payable at SBI, Nirjuli (SBIN0009535).
