1. Junior Research Fellow: 07 Posts
2. Senior Research Fellow: 03 Posts
3. Senior Project Fellow: 04 Posts
4. Project Fellow: 03 Posts
5. Project Assistant: 01 Post
Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 28 years for Post No. 01, 04 & 05 and 32 years for Post No.
02, 03. Relaxation of age will be applicable to SC/ ST/ PWD/ OBC and women candidates as per GOI rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess first class M.Sc (Chemistry/ Physics/ Applied Physics/ Instrumentation/ Electronics) or B.Tech (Electronics/ Chemical Engg/ Mechanical Engg/ Biotechnology Engg/ Computer Engg/Communication) for Post No. 01, 02, 04 & 05 and M.Tech in Energy Engineering/ Nanotechnology and M.Sc (Electronics/ Physics/ Material Science) for Post No. 03 with NET/ GATE qualifcation from recognised University/ Institute.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on interview.
